Congrats Auburn-RN which unit? Im starting one of the Aug 12th residencies and it'd be nice to know some people going in! Hope everything has gone well for everyone else on this post too!
Standard in seattle and around the area seems to be upper twenties base then low to mid thirties after night and weekend differentials. This is for new grads at least.

I did patient care rounding during pre-reqs at Providence and it was a great experience. I also did the majority of my clinicals during nursing school there as well. It's great hospital with amazing staff so it would be a great option for you!

Thank you and no problem! I applied to the PCU residency the beginning of May. I think it took a week or two after applying before I got the call. The whole process took about a month total. Good luck again!

I know there's also nursing career fairs, I'm from WA and a new grad as well. I never went but heard they're good. Just stay positive and persistant. I know it's hard in the area but not impossible by any means. Good luck!
