   hi yeah u need t decide which state you need to work for and then register with that particular board of nursing and then acoording to the requirements proceed withe cgfns or some other credential evaluation service they accept.....hope it helps ......

    it is a priority question as u can see the word FIRST .....so no 1 is not wrong its just not the priority at this time vital signs show any abnormal response in pts condition prior to lumbar punture..........
