   Very interesting. I would be curious on how often commands will accept nurses from other branches. I suppose having rank and experience will make it so much easier either way.

    Interesting, seems like a lot of unnecessary red tape for a medical professional who does the same job regardless of the branch. Thank you very much for the insight, it will help in my decision on which branch I want to join.

    I thought anyone coming out of HPSP is an O3, or is that just for doctors and dentists? You will for sure be at least an O1 because of your BSN, but you may get a bump for having a higher degree. Your recruiter should be able to tell you.
