I was also wondering what a typical week would look like. I know lecture is typically Mondays and Fridays. How long are are the shifts for the clinical portion. I'm trying to plan and give my employer an idea of how many hours I will be able to work in the fall. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hang in there Husky and Brook! I applied to Seattle University last year and was not accepted. I was really disappointed. I didn't let my disappointment stop me and ended up applying for 2014 admission and got accepted. I went back and completely scrapped my essay (which was difficult since I worked so hard on the essay for the previous year). After I received my rejection letter, I ended up winning a scholarship to travel to Portugal for a few weeks with Habitat for Humanity! Having an extra year to save up has also put me in a better financial position. I guess what I am saying is that things happen for a reason and although not getting in is a huge let down, maybe it happened for a reason and this next year will bring opportunities you never expected. Hang in there and if you need anything next year when you apply again, let me know and I will help if I can!
That's where I am at too- I just want an answer. Either way life will continue, but knowing will allow me to plan what my next year looks like. Hopefully tomorrow, right?
I am not sure how many waves or when they begin. She just said this week in waves. the wait is killing me! I wonder how they are dividing the waves? Alphabetically, student id number, order received, etc. I have no idea but plan on stlking my mailbox this week.
Well everyone, I called admissions and they said letters are going out this week. We will not al get the the same day though because they are sending them out in waves. Good luck to everyone! The wait is almost over!
Seattle University requires you to take Math 110 or higher (for example- pre-calculus) as well as a statistics class. I don't know which college you are attending, but at Bellevue College Math 138 is intro into statistics and I have confirmed with Seattle Admissions that Math 138 is in fact a required class.
I also applied for 2013 fall admission. The wait is terrible! We are almost done with February though, so hopefully the letters will be coming soon!
I have a 3.8 overall GPA, and 3.7 pre-req GPA. I still have two classes left to take- Micro and Stats (Spring quarter). Does anyone know how many spots they have for transfers?
