   I think you hit the nail on the head. Two PCTs on my shift quit and we were short staffed to begin with. People shout orders from every direction and it is very hectic. I leave not knowing what I've done or how many patients I've cared for.

    I hope not I just felt it was unprofessional to yell at me in front of the patient. I hadn't gotten report and was on the floor less than 10 minutes. He seemed to expect me to know everything the patient needed in that amount of time.
