   I know a lot of hospitals in ohio at least in my area will not hire lpns especially in l&d. I agree go for your rn or bsn. I am a lpn and it is hard to find anything besides in a nursing home

   Our facility depends on the dr. Sometimes we check bp especially if they run low or just starting out. Other residents who are stable with the meds we check 2x per week for Bp meds and diuretics.
