   Hello, I did the Georgette Review. This zoom-style online program used the purple book and was an excellent resource. I passed the boards this week.

   We moved to SW Idaho from the midwest 8 years ago and love it here. The weather is beautiful and we love all the outdoor activities available here. The cost of living is also lower than where we were before.

   North Dakota is a good place for new grads. You might look at Altru Health in Grand Forks and also the hospitals in Bismark. As of May of this year, facilities in both of these cities were offering extensive new grad training programs.
