  3. Usf np fall 2017 applicants

I talked to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME), the program advisor, who stated that if everything is in by Feb 15th, then it will be considered to have met the deadline even if CAS is still verifying.
  4. Congratulations. I am just starting to research BSN programs, but, like a lot of others, am worried about the 3.0 GPA. I too would be looking to apply at USF for the NP program. According to USF website, they only use the BSN GPA, so not sure if my o...
  5. Thank You Treat for Staff

Thanks for the ideas. I agreethat healthy is better, but some people just do not like healthy. So, the combo approach is a good idea :)
  6. Thank You Treat for Staff

Yes, our policy is the same for instructors, but this is for the hospital staff, the nurses and CNAs, who have helped us this semester.
  7. Thank You Treat for Staff

Thanks for the ideas. Was not sure about getting donuts or not. Like the idea of fruit too, for those who don't like or want donuts. Looks like I will be up early tomorrow shopping :)
  8. Thank You Treat for Staff

I need an idea of what the nursing staff/staff would enjoy as a thank-you treat for helping and putting up with us (first semester nursing students) this semester. For those who are currently nurses, what would you like to be brought in as a thank yo...
  9. Anyone applying for the PHCC Spring 2013 RN/LPN program

When I got my letter it was just that...a letter. Actually it was two pieces of paper one was a letter and the other was an acceptance form. You have to turn in the acceptance form and then they send you the packet of stuff. The form had to be turned...

  12. Anyone applying for the PHCC Spring 2013 RN/LPN program

You can take the CPR at Brooksville Hospital and I think Spring Hill for only $20. It is a four-hour class in the evenings. They give it once a month. Also, you will have to have chicken pox and rubella titer or booster done. You can opt out of the ...
  13. Anyone applying for the PHCC Spring 2013 RN/LPN program

I know who you are. At least I am pretty sure I do. Can't believe the traction you got on here for your spring post. I had no one...well maybe three people post in the fall thread
  14. PHCC Fall 2012 Acceptance Roll Call

The packet you receive should have a sheet in it stating the schedule. Mine reads, "T 9-2:15" and R/F 6:30-2:45". I was told by my advisor that it is usually four days a week, but this schedule only states three.
  15. How is A&P 2 different from A&P1?

My best advice is study everyday like the test is tomorrow. There is a lot to learn, or should I say memorize, in AP II. There is also more physiology, i.e. learning how the heart works and why. I am taking AP II this summer and only have a few weeks...
