   Fire Wolf, I agree with you. Med/surg/Tele unit with 80% geriatric pts, We have 1RN: 7-8 patients all the time. PCAs do vs, labs, and bath etc.. but not all of the PCAs helpful, some of them even don't bring pts water..If not lucky, work with a lazy ...
