   I prefer a nurse with a Bachelors degree and yet experience is little (mainly clinicals). Because a Bachelors degree is sign of ability, everyone can't achieve it.

    Nurse should have enough knowledge when a patient have need oxygen. So they have need to do perform this duty.

    If you prefer admin job then BSN is not perfect way for you. You should choose a management related course. Also you may choose healthcare or hospitality related management course.

    Nursing is a profession, who are always helpful to people. If anybody don't be helpful to people, they will not perfect for nursing profession.

    If any where something to do forcefully, you should leave this. We are not bound for anything, but we should agree to maintain legal rules and regulations.
