   Is the $3500 for Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans? There are also "Alternative" student loans, which I don't really know much about, but do a search on this website for "Alternative Student Loans" or "Private Student Loans" Hope this helps!!

   Grand Canyon University has a Master's degree program, and UOP and NAU have on-line programs. There is a CNM on-line program offered through Frontiers College in Kentucky. Go to www.midwives.org. Good luck!!:)
