  3. New Grad cant work overnights

I will be starting my first real RN job in a regional hospital in a few weeks, and it is a day shift position! The manager I will be working for does not orient new grads on nights...hopefully that is how some of the departments do it in your area?!

  10. You have so many certifications, wow! I am a recent grad too (this month), and have had unofficial offers from an ICU in a hospital in Knoxville, TN, but I am moving to CA. The job market in Knoxville is excellent compared to other areas of the coun...
  11. New Grad RN Pedal Power

I love this idea! What a way to get out of the world of job searching and sitting in front of a computer! I graduate in May, do not have a job yet, and I would love to go on this ride. Perhaps I could join you for a leg of the trip, if you're comin...
  12. How much?

ER tech, 3 years exp, $9.05 +1.50 weekend and $1.50 shift diff=$12.05. I'm in Tennessee, the worst or 2nd to worst paying state in the union for nurses (and PCAs, too, apparently!)
