   Hi, I have a copy of a Case Managers Study Guide, 2nd edition, by Fattorusso and Quinn. I paid close to $100 on Amazon, there is writing and yellow highlights, but someone can have it for free if you pay postage and handling.

   Oh I am so sorry! I don't recall any questions like that on my exam. If you can, I took an on line course for CEU, from Prime called "Essentials of Case Management" look into that before you take it again in Aug. Forget about things for a while...
