Thanks 79Tango, What I really want to do is file a complaint about their incompetence with OPM. Does anyone know how to do that? If anyone else has had a bad experience with the VA Nurse Travel Corps out of Phoenix I would like to hear from them.

I agree with those that say don't mention it on your resume - or in an interview. Better to say you were just focusing on school for awhile and are now looking for another job. Sorry that happened.

I agree with Dixielee - you have to pick your battles and you probably don't want to pick many with your future mother-in-law. Over the years she will learn you worth - in more ways than just in nursing. Good luck.
