   I Just took the exam today. I think I passed. I hope I passed. I think my saunders book prepared me for the format of the questions, but I found It really hard. It shut off at 85 and I felt like freaking out. I took the NCLEX PN.

   My clinical instructor said unless we were extremely ill to show up and she would assess us quickly to see if she thinks we are safe to work with the patients. If not, she sends us home.
