   Thanks to all for the advice. I have now been on the unit for about a month, and just finished my second week on my own. I am trying to give it time, but it seems very overwhelming.

   I just have been hired on a cardiac unit, and I am a new grad. I just was wondering if anyone would have advice on how to best be prepared? The unit is a telemetry unit:redbeathe. Thanks for any help.
