Nursing Diagnosis for Patient with C-Diff Colitis????

I am trying to find a nursing diagnosis for a patient with C-Diff Colitis?? The patient had colon cancer and just went through last round of chemotherapy so I believe the C-Diff is from that. But how do I word this?? PLEASE HELP!
