   This might sound crazy but, I have a CD called Gateways to now. Listening to this in a dark room helped me to fall asleep. In the spoken CD it teaches you how to relax. Hope this helps!

   I have tried that and no recruiters have called me back. I think because that I am looking out of state that that they are not interested.
