   I have spent several hours now searching through the Joint Commission website and I still can not find documentation for care plan updates every 24 hours. Anyone have any search type suggestions?

   I work in an acute care hospital. I would like to know is there is a mandate out there that tells us how often we are required to update care plans. We currently update/re-evaluate acute care plans every 3 days and update/re-evaluate skilled/swing ...
