   Nurse M610 I really liked it. It was a lot of responsabilitie as I had to do the schedule, manage the caregivers, assess prospective patients before admissions... However it was rewarding. I left a year ago to go get my RN. Good luck

   I have worked in SNF and we had that. However ALF does have that and again it is a private pay, no medicare/medicaid

   This facility does not have an e-kit. It is a private paid, no medicare/medicaid. Why would you wait for a resident to be down to his/her last pill.

   MunoRN, Yes Good patient care is my primary focus, that why someone using an unsealed d/c haldol that is sheduled to be destroyed bothers me and I am searching for ideas. Thank you for replying.

   Thank you for replying. Yes the pharmacy delivered the medication the night before. The nurse could not find it as previous nurse left it on top drawer in med cart (per nurse in question)

    Thank you all for your responses. The way I was explained regardind the resident care Coordinator, it is more management type. I will be supervising Qmaps, do scheduling, tons of paperwork..... Also cover when there is not map to pass meds.
