   Should I wait until I pass my boards, then get them endorsed and start applying for jobs? Or should I start now? Feeling anxious and very nervous about getting a position as soon as possible.

2. California's 2009 New Grad RN Program- Who's hiring right now?

   I actually applied and was sent a reply message stating they will not be taking new grad applications again until Jan 2011 and this will begin hiring process for Spring of 2011. If I get any further info I will post it.
