   I used my old account and tried today the PVT it goes to CC say need to pay 200$ so it means I already FAILED!! I am so sad..haayyzz :-( good luck to you too..

   I did not passed the exam at Phil. then i haven't chance to take the exam again because I am going here in the states. I apply march to CALI for the nclex exam then it was approved June, they said i am qualified to take the exams. that's all..

   yes I agree with you.. maybe it depends on the person who read the explanation letter.. I do self study now, but its very hard for me, I have a baby to taking care I am not ready yet to take the exam for nclex, once im ready then i can pay the person...
