4. Prison Nursing

   I worked in corrections for 10 years and love it. I feel safer working "inside" than in many other medical facilities. There are many challenges to correctional nursing but it is never dull and you really learn a lot.

6. What's it like to work in a prison for women?

   Working with female inmates is EXHAUSTING! They are much more time consuming because of their emotional or mental health needs. I would much rather see 100 male patients before I saw 10 female patients.
