   Thanks so much, true statement, I was just wondering if it was legal to do this to someone. I dont see how they can say you are not rehireable without any evidence to support this. Thanks

   Has anyone ever worked for a college and had a contract and then the college asks for you to either resign or finish your contract and then you are not eligible for re-hire. Does this make since to anyone. Why would a college say you are not eligible...
