   I got an extra point in the application process for being a minority. I'm a white male. Some programs give dudes better odds, some don't.

   I used a voice recorder, it helped a lot. I listened to it directly after lecture, then again while doing dishes or other things. You got an A, its alright. I got a B first term and was still accepted to a BSN program.

   Got into Linfield spring start and still waiting to hear back from OHSU-Monmouth. My GPA for Linfield was a 3.73 and my essays were pretty solid because I spent about a month working on them. I have friends who got in with lower GPAs too. Keep me up...
