   I was offered a spot in the NICU residency program Woo Hoo!!!! I'm so excited I could scream and cry hahahah. The director said we should hear something in the next week.

   The wait is on for everyone that interviewed for NICU. How did your interviews go? It seems like NICU is the last unit to select its residents. The wait is literally driving me mad hahahaha. Good luck to EVERYONE!

   LOL!!! AliAshley I've been doing the same exact thing. Some of my responses I do t even think answered the question. It was a blur and the waiting is absolutely killing me.

   They r interviewing 10 more people on the 7th and then they said a week after that. So we have a nice two week wait. I'm going to go crazy. Lol

    Me too!!!! I've heard they are interviewing 18 and hiring 6. AliAshley do you have your BSN or ADN? Do you have any experience in NICU - preceptorship, CNA on a Peds floor etc... Good luck. What day is your interview??

    I agree with mkhim. I would accept the position and still continue interviewing. If you land your dream job or a better offer presents itself, you can always tell the original hospital that you have to turn down the position after all. I always look...
