   I'm pretty sure you don't HAVE to aspirate. During my first semester of nursing school we held a flu clinic and we definitely didn't aspirate but I guess it depends on how you were taught and the method you use.

    Pennsylvania. I graduated from school in Philly this past May and many of my classmates have jobs already lined up at local hospitals. I also want to point out that many of them worked as externs at the hospitals which definitely helps.
