   The orders may not come until just before you go. I go to OBLC 29 OCT 09 and just rec'd my orders about two weeks ago.

   I am also going to OBLC, but 29 OCT 09. I have some questions, too. I am not sure if we are to report in uniform or not. The letter of instruction does not indicate. I'll be in the Reserve program. Because of the holiday, I'll be there 27 days. ...
