   I feel your pain...graduated in May, passed boards in March 09, submitted hundreds of apps 2 interviews. It is so frustrating when people are telling you to have patience. Hospitals only want experienced nurses...How do we gain experience if no one...

   It doesn't matter. I have a BSN passed boards in March 09. Still looking for a job. I submitted hundreds of applications and have only been on 2 interviews. I think the hospital would hire you if you have experience vs a BSN being a new grad. Yo...
