   I graduated from a BSN program in 1978. At that time the BSN was supposed to become mandatory for practice in the near future. 30 years later and see what is still being discussed. I'll believe it when I see it.

   I think that this means if an LPN accepts a job as an aide, she has to be careful not to cross the line and stay within the "aide" job description. If she started doing things that an LPN might be able to do, she could be in difficulty with the job. ...
