    Get the Case Managers handbook, the 4th edition is out now. I studied the book by Fattorusso and failed the CCM. I am taking it again in Dec. Good Luck, it is a hard test to pass.

    I took the CCM in April and failed it again, the second time. I am bummed. I am thinking about getting the CCM exam Prep Intensive Individual License book, it costs $299. Has anyone used this book?
