    Do a full assessment! Your helping your patient and the doctor's when you find a change that needs handled!
  5. Just how important are grades in nursing school?

    Some hospitals sometimes require GPA and it is usually a 3.0 in the main courses. I think they over look the pre-requisite GPA. As for an A versus a B, I don't think that matters, especially if they don't ask for it up front.

  7. Weight Gain

    Going to spark people dot com and adding up what calories I eat. If I stick to 1200 calories a day and work out I lose weight. Being overweight stresses me out, and it makes me more tired at work and I am sick of it. Going to the gym today!

    It's hard at first. For a lot of floor slow down some around 2-3 am. That's when I would get really tired. Drinking coffee does help, and sometimes a red bull. If you don't adjust after a couple months, and you don't feel good, I would go to days.
