   Thanks, yes. I am reviewing the PCCN and CMC study guides on AACN and that is helping. I got my CCRN 10 yrs ago but you know, it's all timing and appropriate application. Thank you for the hint on Prophecy. I will keep quizzing!

   I hate moments like that. Make sure that you have a reference point of emotional support OUTSIDE of work. Especially since the workplace is so stressed, to be resilient you have to pay attention to the much bigger picture because the view in the work...
