   Thanks yang. I'm in Edmonton and my brother is in the process of applying for a visa after he receives his notification from CARNA to take the SEC.. we'll just hope then that it will go well.

   Hi, I'm inviting my brother in Philippines as he is required to take the SEC. He has no travel history. Babyjr, do you think even if he has his sister here in ALberta, he still has a least chance to be granted a visa?I haven't talked to any agency so...
