   That works for the mother but I have to have N dxs for the infant too. I also have risk for impaired parent/infant attachment and no R/T for this one either. Thank You

   I have the nursing DX as Risk for alteration in nutrition; less than body requires. I'm not quite sure what the R/T should be, the pt is a 2 day old infant and his mother is brestfeeding, but not enough. The baby went for 5 hours with out eating yest...
