   Here in Canada (Ontario) it is between $29 to $30 start not including shift differential. I think it also depends on what department you work (i.e ER, OR, Med/surg etc).

    I've used SBAR and its proabably one of the best tools I have used thus far. I use it for everything, giving report, communicating with the doc etc.
