   I am a Burn Nurse who is currently travelling. My "home" unit starts methadone on admission, whereas the hospital I am at now, doesn't even use it. I see a HUGE improvement in pain management for the patients who get it.

   I agree with everyone who supports individuality. Furthermore, I am a Burn ICU nurse and if I had to wear white.........I would look like I was involved in some kind of homicide every day when I left work. Thank goodness for hospital issued scrubs!...

   I feel your pain! It took me over three months to get my license through endorsement from the Georgia BON. I started calling every day and all I got was the run-around. Very disheartening when you consider the shortage!
