   I wonder if recruiters look at the first couple of applications and discard the rest. Sometimes I feel like they look at the most earliest applicants and forget everybody else.

    I noticed that too. A few of the RN I/New Grad positions are requiring that you work in a similar setting for what you are applying to. That totally eliminates me right there. I did my preceptorship in public health.
