   I started out in Surgical ICU as a new LPN in 1975. I'm now in Hemodialysis and have been for the past 28 years. (Guess I found my niche early! ) SICU definetely helped to prepare me for dialysis.

   Dialysis is dialysis. Davita,FMC or DCI they are all about trying to get things done with as least money as possible. I personally have worked for each and think that FMC provides much better training. They also have ok benefits. Good luck to yo...
