   That is a reasonable workload. we have 30 medicare and 65 medicaid. We also do the care planning. We stay busy but it is totally doable.

   Your software may have a scheduler for you. Our computer osftware schedules our mds for us. I kee p track in a calendar of close by dates. I write the residents name on the day they are due to be closed. I then email everyone when they are due to...

   I would ask your company to change your boss to the administrator. I am a MDS coordinator and we are mostly administrative. Our DON really doesnt have a say over us.
