   Unsafe is my only response. I do know that LTC staffs short & it's only the residents and staff that suffer. & yes, profit. Hospitals are looking to profit as well.

   I feel that there might be less politics in a union/state job in a prison than a private hospital on a small psych unit that's looking for press ganey scores with a manager with an associates degree in nursing that trying to prove her worth.
