   Can anyone give me insight concerning working in nursing home as an RN. What are the duties, nurse to patient ratios, wages, etc. Especially if anyone has any info about Montefiore in Beachwood and Menorah Park in Beachwood as well. Thanks!

   thanks for the reply. I accepted a position through Cleveland Clinic, but have an interview with UH. I have done clinicals there as well, but didnt know anything about the pay. Thanks again!!!
