   Yes I submitted a letter of explanation with my application for CA licensure. The BRN didn't ask for a Philippine license after I passed the NCLEX. :wink2:

   @ sofia*26: i did the same thing, i used a lot of reviewers for the NCLEX. it's not recommended since it causes confusion but it worked for me. it gave me the peace of mind since i didn't enroll in any review class i also made a schedule for myself....
