   I work in US on a cardiac step down floor. RNI to RNII is just what they call it when you go from your first year in nursing into your second year. I just basically have to come up with some goals and action plans for my 2nd year of nursing.

   I am going from RNI to RNII and I have to come up with some career goals with action plans. This is my first time having to do this type of evaluation and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
