   Of course! It makes no sense for me to tell the charge nurse who then tells the doc when I am sitting right there and could tell the doc myself. I have actually assesed and looked at the pt. not just giving second hand information.

   THANK GOD no one has done that in this state! I have worked 2 jobs or the equivilent hours since I was 18. I dont think it is up to anyone but my self to limit me in the number of hours that I can work.

    You have it right on the ball. You HAVE to work for an agency that will have your back and has faith in YOU! There are so many agencies out there that you don't have to work for one that doesn't treat you how you want to be treated.
