   Hey Everyone, Any of you have physicians use both vacuum and forceps to delivery instead of one or the other and then going for a C-section? What do you all think of that?

   If you look at the standards, AWHONN indicates that babies should be assessed every 6 hours if in NB Nursery and at least q 4 hours if in NICU. Obviously this is more if baby indicates but that is the minim. standard.

   Anyone aware of any contraindications of using Cytotec with PP Hemm? I know that you shouldn't use Methergine if pt. has high blood pressure, but am wondering what you all know about Cytotec contraindications in PP H.

   I believe there are always 2 sides to every story and even though one side is more right than the other, one must wonder. . .did my actions provoke the other person to behave in the manner in which they did? If so, even if I am right, am I wrong?
