   hi richard...i do have gulanick care plan book and sparks and taylor but my instructor doesn't want me to use anything from there....i kind of know how to write nanda and fidn them but to find the correct nanda for my patient.........thanx for your h...

   Hi....I'm a first semester student in nursing school.....can someone help me do 3 nandas for diarrhea? My patient had a bowel resection surgery and she has incontinent diarrhea.....she doesn't consume enough wanter and loves to drink coffee and tea.....
