   Add on to last comment this is with benefits per diem will make 25% more an hour. Sounds like a lot but consider housing prices in norcal.

   53 an hour 1 dollar extra for weekend diff. that's for 4 years exp. in an acute care hospital not inner city, which would be more, in northern Ca. New grads about 44-46 an hour. This is for union and non-union hospital around here. Overtime 11/2- 2...
