   On Kaplan I got anywhere from 59% to 67% on the Question Trainers, got a 67% QT7. 60% overall on my Q banks. Passed at 75 questions in just over an hour.

   It is hypokalemia that causes digoxin toxicity, I believe. Hyponatremia can lead to lithium toxicity, so they encourage a high salt diet on that drug. Also, took the NCLEX today! Stopped at 75 question, 16+ SATA, lots of drugs and infection control...
