    I have had a few of those type idiots.... the best one that had poked himself so hard that he syncoped in the bathroom from the site of his own blood.....found urine cup with blood all over it and a thumbtack in the sink............. duh............

    My fear would be the hospital would pull the RN into the law suit and find something he/she did wrong... even with the best documentation.... the lawyer for the hospital would be looking for a scape goat.... and so would the MD's lawyer..... Old sayi...
